All frozen shipping is a flat fee of $19.99.

When can I expect my order?
Orders ship on Mondays - please allow for a 2-3 weeks window for deliveries. We do not ship on Thursdays to ensure pops are not held in a shipping warehouse over the weekend. If you need your order expedited please contact us at info@dreampops.com
How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers are sent out nightly (Monday-Thursday) via e-mail. If you have any questions about the status of your order, send an email to info@dreampops.com
My package was lost or stolen. Help!
E-mail us! We’ll do our best to fix and resolve the issue, though please note our shipping policy below:
Due to the fact that each box of Dream Pops is perishable, our priority is to make sure you receive your package in a timely manner. This means we release all shipments without signature requirements and cannot be held responsible for shipping errors.
You can help make sure nothing goes awry with your delivery by:
- Ensuring your address can accept On-Trac and FedEx deliveries; no P.O. boxes, no Army Post Office and no Fleet Post Office
- Follow your tracking link closely to monitor for errors / alerts; if your building is locked to outsiders then we suggest calling On-Trac with your tracking details and requesting a specific service (i.e. "leave the package on the front step")
Can I expedite shipping for my order?
All orders are shipped on Mondays to ensure you receive your product as soon as possible. If you need your order quickly please contact us directly.
Can I ship as a gift?

Are your boxes recyclable?
Our boxes are actually 100% compostable. Sayonara, Styrofoam! Our trays are also 100% recyclable. ♻
